On July 1, 2014 the 2013 Building Energy Efficiency Standards went into effect. Several changes were made to both the Residential and Non-Residential California Title 24 energy requirements. These changes were suppose to take effect on January 1, 2014, however were postponed by the California Energy Commission. With stricter prescriptive requirements, our performance models will allow you to have more design flexibility.
